Applicability
These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed on packdishah.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

Products
All products sold on packdishah.com are sealed trading card game (TCG) products. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Prices
All prices include VAT at the applicable Dutch rate. Shipping costs are displayed separately at checkout.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of ordering. We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay, iDEAL, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Bancontact.

Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

Complaints
Contact us at info@packdishah.com. We respond within 5 business days. Unresolved complaints can be submitted to ACM ConsuWijzer or the EU ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
