Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number by email once dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times
Netherlands: 1–3 business days
Belgium and Germany: 2–5 business days
Rest of Europe: 3–10 business days

Carriers
We ship with PostNL, DHL, and DPD depending on destination and package size.

International Shipping
Customers outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date at info@packdishah.com with your order number. We will file a claim with the carrier and offer a replacement or full refund for confirmed lost shipments.

Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
