RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Right of Withdrawal As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your product, without giving any reason. This right is guaranteed under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek).

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party designated by you, physically receive the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us before the 14-day period expires by sending an unambiguous statement to: Packdishah TCG Schipperswal 36, 6041 TC Roermond, Netherlands Email: info@packdishah.com

You may use the following model withdrawal form (not obligatory): "I hereby notify you that I withdraw from my contract for the purchase of the following goods: [order number / product name], received on [date], name of consumer, address of consumer, date."

You can also initiate your return or cancellation request directly through your customer account at https://account.packdishah.com 

Return Conditions & Fraud Prevention Products must be returned within 14 days of your withdrawal notification. To protect the integrity of our inventory and the trust of our collectors, strict conditions apply:

  • Products must be in their original, undamaged, and unopened condition.

  • Sealed TCG products (Booster Boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, etc.) must remain 100% unopened in their original factory shrink wrap. If the factory seal is broken, altered, or shows signs of tampering, the return will be rejected.

  • Security Note: For the safety of both our business and our customers, all returned packages are opened and inspected under video surveillance.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal (Non-Returnable Items) To prevent common fraudulent practices in the TCG community (such as 'pack weighing' or 'box mapping'), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following items:

  • Loose booster packs (unsealed packs sold individually).

  • Single trading cards.

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as Packdishah is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (but not additional costs if you chose a more expensive delivery method), within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of return shipment, whichever comes first. Refunds are issued via the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received and inspected the returned goods.

Defective or Incorrect Products If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 5 business days of delivery at info@packdishah.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement at your choice.

Legal Guarantee Under Dutch law (Article 7:17 BW), products must conform to the contract. If a product is defective within two years of delivery, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund. Contact us at info@packdishah.com for warranty claims.
